Custom Order Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment or approving a digital design proof with our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Proof Approval Policy
We will provide a digital mockup (proof) illustrating design placement, sizing, and thread colors before production begins. It is the client’s sole responsibility to thoroughly check all spelling, grammar, numbers, and layout elements. Once a proof is approved via email, production begins immediately. We are not responsible for errors present on a client-approved proof.
2. Artwork Ownership & Rights
By submitting a logo, graphic, or trademarked design to our studio, you certify that you own the rights to use that artwork or have explicit written permission from the copyright holder to reproduce it. We reserve the right to reject any order that infringes on federal trademark or copyright laws.
3. Client-Supplied Garments
If you choose to supply your own garments for embroidery, please note that commercial embroidery machines run at high speeds with sharp needles. While rare, machine malfunctions can occur.
We treat client garments with the utmost care but are not financially liable for replacing or reimbursing the cost of client-supplied items if damaged during production.
Items must be clean, unwashed, and made of fabrics suitable for stable commercial embroidery.
4. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Because our items are entirely personalized and made-to-order, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns, modifications, or exchanges once production begins.
If a physical defect in our stitching or a material error on our end occurs,
you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a repair or studio replacement.
5. Production Turnaround Times
Our standard production turnaround is 14 to 21 business days from the date of final proof approval and payment deposit.
Rush orders requested outside this window will incur a $25 rush processing fee, subject to current studio machine availability.
6. Digital Color Matching
We always do our best to match your colors as closely as possible. Because screens and physical products show color in different ways, exact color matches can’t always be guaranteed. Final colors may vary slightly depending on the material, finish, coating, ink, lighting, and production method used. Small color differences are normal, but we’ll make every effort to get your finished product as close to your target colors as possible.
7. Printed Apparel Wash & Care Policy (DTG)
To maximize the lifespan and vibrancy of your custom Direct-to-Garment printed apparel, you must follow these care instructions:
Always wash the garment inside out in cold water with like colors.
Use mild detergents; avoid bleach and harsh fabric softeners.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for best results.
Do not iron directly over the printed design area.
Note: We are not responsible for natural wear, fading, or cracking of printed graphics caused by improper washing or drying techniques.
