Because every project features unique artwork, sizes, and garment types, we quote each order individually. Custom embroidery pricing is determined by three main components:
1. The One-Time Digitizing Setup Fee
Before a machine can stitch your logo, the artwork must be manually converted into a specialized embroidery file.
Simple Text: Free
Standard Logos & Left-Chest Designs: Starting at $15
Complex or Large Back Designs: Starting at $25+
Good news: This is a one-time fee! We save your digital file forever for free future reorders.
2. The Stitch Count (Production Cost)
Production pricing depends on the total number of stitches in your design, not the number of colors used.
Small/Simple Designs (under 5,000 stitches): Perfect for hat fronts or basic text. Lower cost per item.
Medium/Standard Designs (5,000–10,000 stitches): Typical for detailed left-chest corporate logos. Standard cost per item.
Large Designs (10,000+ stitches): Full-back jacket designs or highly filled patches. Premium cost per item.
3. The Garment Cost
You can purchase premium garments directly through our studio wholesale catalogs (caps, polo shirts, hoodies), or you can arrange to ship/drop off your own pre-purchased items for stitching.
